Georgian Windpower Corporation is continuing to pursue its Claim vs Stelco. At each court appearance we have put forward our Claim and/or related matters and have received positive rulings with respect to each specific engagement. We remain positive in our outlook and continue to pursue our Claim. The Claim itself remains as strong as ever - perhaps stronger in that all secondary discovery performed by Stelco has continually confirmed the integrity of the GWC project. Stelco currently is using the Court to require that GWC post a security deposit in order to proceed with the Claim. This tactic strikes GWC as being oppressive and unfair but apparently common as a means of squeezing out Claimants from obtaining their day in Court. However, GWC management is working diligently with supporters of GWC to enable the financial backing required to continue with the legal process and is confident that necessary investments will be sourced to meet the security deposit (which will be returned of course when GWC wins the Claim). GWC will certainly entertain any discussions from our shareholders or other potential funding partners for such investment purposes. We appreciate that shareholders are interested in the legal proceedings regarding the Claim process and ask that you direct your questions directly to any of the officers of the corporation.
