Existing Facilities
Nanticoke Lake Erie Site
Located on the North Shore of Lake Erie, the first Nanticoke project is land based with a total planned capacity of 80 MW of wind-supplied energy. This project is owned by Nanticoke 80WP Inc., an affiliated company of Georgian Windpower Corporation. The Phase One stage of the land-based project has passed preliminary wind assessment profiling with 14MW of production capacity available for CRCE investor interest. Located on industrial lands this project is optimally located adjacent to existing transmission lines and is co-located with an industrial energy consumer for the initial 80MW of generated power with grid interconnect planned as a precursor to subsequent development activities.

NOTICE: This project is now in dispute. GWC has filed a $350 million Claim with respect to Stelco' withdrawal from this project. See the Investor section for further information.
Proposed Facilities
Nanticoke Off Shore
The project is planned for offshore deployment and will comprise a total capacity of 120 MW of wind supplied energy which will serve to alleviate the projected loss of capacity when the Nanticoke coal-fired power generation facility is taken off line as desired by the Province of Ontario.

Industrial Green Park Development
GWC was also leading a consortia of private industry leaders in the establishment of an Industrial Green Park project in accordance with its "Industrial Biotricity Strategy" addressing the areas of wind power, Hydrogen, biomass conversion and other Green Energy sources consistent with a "zero emission" strategy. This project is also on hold per the Stelco actions.
