Modeling

A key component of any significant advancement in technology, infrastructure deployment, or social advancement is a model to allow multiple interests to view a project from various angles and considerations. Georgian Windpower Corporation has developed capabilities in modeling of various types to allow for the creation of working prototypes À from simple wind turbine projects through to more complex multiple turbine commercial power generation systems. This modeling is based upon the application of leading modeling software from Europe where wind power deployment has become commonplace.

Prior to making a significant investment in any project an adequate model should be created to confirm turbine placements, wind resource interaction with surrounding terrain and other obstacles, and turbine technology selection. These models allow for viewing of the layouts of the turbine systems in plan view, 3D view, and if desired, animated formats, and address total project energy output, wind resource profiling, and facilitate various "what-if" analyses.
